This smooth leather was chosen especially for this design to create a beautiful impression.

Roll printing was used to transfer the flower pattern onto the leather with a steel plate and rolling mill.

A medium brown stain was applied to accentuate the design and protect the leather.

Once the stain had dried we buffed to a subtle sheen.

Our apprentice, Devin Anderson, used our 20 ton electric press to cut the heart.

Devin used our Jool Tool to prep the copper hearts for patina by removing burs.
