Jewelry Making Makerspace Orientation
The Artisans' Workbench
Jewelry Making Makerspace Orientation is hands on and designed to familiarize you with safety rules, hand and power tools, and etiquette when sharing the space with other makers. We will also review the supplies and tools we offer for purchase and those we can order. This 2.5 hour session will suffice as being checkout out on tools for Studio Time with no instruction for experienced makers. See calendar for description and hours of availability for Studio Time.
Please wear closed toed shoes, keep long hair away from face, no loose sleeves and bring eyewear needed for close up work if necessary to see. We provide protective eyewear if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop start time.
There will be a break at the midway point so bring your own snacks or lunch. We can have lunch catered upon request at $12 person.
Gaby Shultz is the Instructor for this orientation.
